Vintage Emeralite Double Jointed Clamp Down Light With Brass Shade, Glass Diffuser

Vintage art deco influenced Emeralite clamp on long reach double jointed task work lamp light. Brass shade with glass diffuser. This is a large lamp light. As seen in pics measures 22 in height at current setting, adjustable height. Lamp tubing length or reach 48 or so.

The brass shade is 15 in length. Uses 2 standard light bulbs. Many positions possible utilizing the 2 joints, height compression sleeve, ball joint behind the shade for pivoting etc. No damage, just age related wear, darkened surfaces, aged appearance, some greening or green spots at the shade, some wear at the joints which is typical due to the weight of the extended lamp parts, not much resistance at the 2 joints, some slop as well. The 2 friction joints do show wear, there is very little resistance felt when joints are moved, side to side movement shows little resistance.

Due to the worn friction joints the shade moves rather easily as opposed to some resistance for shade placement holding. The original dark brown or bronze finish shows wear with loss, scratches present at shade.

Glass diffuser in in place with 2 small clips that swing downward for release of glass. All surface clean inside and out. New wiring and easy grip plug end, ready to use lighting. This one took some time to rewire as the conduit tube at the little switch is a tight fit for connections etc. Can be reassembled by hand, wires left intact, no tools required.
