Crouse-Hinds Condulet Industrial Double Base Cage Glass Signal Light Fixture Vtg. Working, has a very long original cord attached (not sure how long it is but in the 30-50ft range). Double fixture Condulet base marked #1229 and what looks like G8E in a triangle mark. The porcelain sockets are also Crouse-Hinds and have 600V 660W ratings. The metal housings for the porcelain fixtures are also marked Crouse Hinds and have a part number that's hard to read but looks like GS6-N5.
The cages are also marked Crouse-Hinds with part number V911. The globes are different, the red one is branded Crouse-Hinds with a sandblasted part number VN-75 and is also has "Heat Resistant" on the opposite side. The green (or green-blue) globe has a molded circular mark with a number inside (I can't make it out, looks like it is S6, 26, not sure if either is correct). The red globe appears a little taller.
Both have the same type of base threads. NOTE the spray paint residue on the green globe (looks like it is silver, on the outside), the red globe has a little spray paint residue (looks white in color). In the photos I show the interior of the base and underside of the fixture housings. As you can see there is rust/oxidation on the inside base floor.There is also a lot of that on the fixture housing threads and inside floor under the porcelain. There is a lot of finish oxidation on the cages, some places are rough with oxidation. I'm assuming the metal finish paint or coating is original however I don't know if it is or if it has been repainted.
The gaskets under each of the fixture housings I assume are originals and appear intact. When I opened this up there were little red plastic washers on the underside of the gasket for each screw/bolt. Note that one of the housing screws/bolts is not the same as the others (thread is fine). I didn't put the red washers back in place when re-assembling, there is one missing red washer (I think it was from the odd screw).
On the inside bottom of the base there is a small hole in the center of each fixture, this was used for the ground wire (the one you see with the yellow ended wire wrap etc). Only one had this ground wire, I included the rather rusty bolt and square nut but did not replace it on the base. The cord has one large taped repair section and I did notice at least one cut into the insulation, there may be other issues but the cord was functional. The cord is marked as Simplex Tirex Selenium Neoprene Armor SJ0 3 COND #16 300V. There is no power switch or way to select between the fixtures (you can see how they are wired in the photos).
The fixture is about 10.5" long (not including the end opening for the cord) and about 4.5" wide. The on center distance between the two middle mount flange holes is 4.
The base is 2" tall, the base and the attached fixture housing is 4.25" tall. The cage extends about 6 tall when threaded in. See photos for condition details. -- I don't have a way to arrange for a local pick-up of this item, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
