This listing is for a Vintage Colonial Williamsburg Style CW 16-23 Double Arm Sconce Candle Lamp Wall Light Fixture. It is made of solid brass and has 2 hurricane chimney globe shades. Not sure if it is Virginia Metalcrafters, Baldwin, or another maker.
This sconce can be seen in the Williamsburg Catalog (photo 6). The measurements of mine differ slightly from those in the catalog. My backplate is 3 1/2" in diameter while the catalog's is 3 5/16". It is in excellent vintage condition overall with no chips, cracks, or breaks.
They have tape wrapped around bottom to fit snug in holders. Brass is shiny but has some minor scratches and discolored spots here and there. 2 screws are included for mounting. Please view photos carefully as they are my main description.
(White spots in pictures are glare / lighting from photos and not actually on the item). It is very big, fragile, and heavy weighing about 3.5 lbs together before packing and will be securely packaged and double boxed. UPS is usually the cheapest for big and heavy packages. It has an overall height of about 18 from bottom of backplate to top of glass shades. About 17 wide across tops of shades.
It protrudes about 9 out from wall to front of shades. The glass globes themselves are about 9 5/8" tall, 5 1/4" across top rims, and have a 1 3/4" outside diameter bottom rim with 1 9/16" inside diameter.
The backplate is 3 1/2 in diameter.
